The Mind Healing Place does not provide any emergency support or care.
We are a Practice based on appointments only. You can make an appointment by calling us on 0422 328 152.
For new patients, the first 4 new appointments is usually about 45minutes each.
All subsequent follow up appointments are usually about 20 to 30 minutes each.
We are a Private Specialist Service and we endeavour to provide the highest level of care.
Each and every appointment has been created and reserved for you when you confirm via telephone, sms or email.
When we receive last minute cancellation, it does not allow enough time for us to re-schedule our appointment books.
Cancellation Policy
New Patient (New Referral) - No Less than 1 week Cancellation Notice is required (before the date of the first consultation).
Full Consultation Fees for the appts will apply for failing to do so.
Follow Up Appt Cancellation - No Less than 72 (Business Hours) Cancellation Notice (that excludes Saturday and Sunday) is required before the date of consultation.
Full Consultation Fees for the appts will apply for failing to do so.
As a standard policy, you will be invoiced and charged a full appointment fee as scheduled for any missed appointments or late cancellation.
This cancellation fee will attract GST and will also not be entitled to a Medicare or Private HealthCare rebate.
No further appointments will be made until the cancellation fee is received.
Please do consider this carefully when confirming your appointments.

There is standard fee for a consultation, but may vary depending on the length of your consultation.
A Scheduled Fee list and information will be provided to you when you make an appointment.
Private Health Cover - You may be eligible to claim from your Private Health insurer.
Please check with your private health care provider to determine your cover.
Bulk billing is not offered at The Mind Healing Place.
Medical certificates are available and can be requested at the time of consultation with your practitioner.
This is strictly at the discretion of your attending practitioner.
We comply with Australian Government Legislation, ensuring that the privacy of our patients is maintained.
